  • Mark and I connected, but did no business

Mark is the building manager for the office I rent. He is by far the worst building manager I have ever interacted with. He doesn't care about the spaces he rents and neglects the properties to the point where they are unclean and unsafe. The bathrooms have repeatedly had ceiling tiles fall due to water damage and they are just eventually replaced without fixing the underlying issues. There is mold in the bathrooms and offices that never gets removed despite several requests to do so. He has been extremely disrespectful when asked about fixing the most basic issues in the offices and seemingly goes out of his way to make things difficult. I would not trust him to do anything at this point. Avoid him at all costs.

    • Mark never responded to my request

This man bought a time share at 710 Powell St., San Francisco from my mother-in-law, Georgene McCarthy, in July 2004. She had Alzheimer's and my husband's power of attorney for her was on file in San Mateo County. I would still like to know how we was able to do this. He pains $3,000, which was one-half to to one-third of its market value at the time. If I had not been so busy managing the affairs of two mentally ill family members at the time, I would have had our attorney file a rescission of dale.

Mark is disrespectful and a bully. He is unprofessional. I would not trust him to handle any business... buyer beware!
