Martha-Cary Sadler

When we were preparing to make a move out of town, Martha-Cary Sadler was recommended to us by a friend. We were immediately pleased with her knowledge and experience in the real estate market as well as with her broad range of information, suggestions, strategies, and options. We had struggled with how to even imagine the timing of buying and selling or of selling then buying. Martha-Cary made us very comfortable with the idea that we could find a house to buy first, and yes, move out and have any needed work done after we and our furniture were gone. We had no idea this was a reasonable option! When it sunk in, we loved it. She arranged painting, minor repairs, clean up, and worked with a professional stager to furnish the main rooms, all while we were moving to and settling in our new home in the Pacific NW. Martha-Cary had great instincts in all parts of our transaction - pricing, staging, when to sell. (All this was in the midst of Covid-19 ramping up in Austin.) She was also very respectful of our preferences, questions, and thoughts. She made the process go so smoothly for us and our house sold the first weekend it was on the market.
