Martha was absolutely outstanding for us as our buyers agent. We were first time buyers in this incredibly competitive bay area housing market and we knew next to nothing about real estate when we began our housing hunt. Martha carefully listened to our requirements and gave very sensible advice on where we should look for properties and the kinds of places that we should bid for. She even too the time out to drive me and my wife to check out several houses on numerous weekdays. When we found a townhouse in Moraga that we really liked, Martha advised us to move very quickly if we are serious about buying it. We told her that evening that we would like to bid for this townhouse. Martha then immediately started preparing the paperwork and I remember it was 9:30 pm that night when I finished the phone call with her where she walked me through all the paperwork. She then turned in our bid to the seller the first thing next morning and the seller accepted the bid in the evening. Later on the sellers agent told us that the timing of the bid played an important role in them accepting it. After the bid was accepted, Martha was again extremely prompt and professional in working with our loan agency. Everything went super smoothly. Marthas exceptional speed in sending the required documents to our underwriter was a major factor here. Throughout the process, we greatly benefited from Marthas sincere and honest advice stemming from her deep experience and knowledge of the bay area housing market. Overall, Martha was the best buyers agent that we could have hoped for and I really cannot recommend her any higher!
