Our experience on the sale was fantastic all around! When it came time to buy a home for ourselves in 2009, Mary Beth was our first and only choice for a realtor. We ended up purchasing a home we love in Santee for nearly $40k under the original list price! The closing was complicated due to a short-sale and Mary Beth patiently persevered with us through the whole process. We couldnt have been more pleased with the services provided by Mary Beth for both buying and selling San Diego real estate! This review is long overdue but the best way to describe Mary Beth is she is one dedicated professional. Mary Beth helped us short sale our first home back in 2012. I remember it being a difficult decision because he had basically lost our home. Mary Beth was there every step of the way giving us the advise and support we needed. I remember Mary Beth telling my family not to lose hope and that in two years we would have the opportunity to be in a new home. Well she was right, exactly two years to the date of our short sale we were back in a new home. Mary Beth worked with her recommended lenders and she had us pre-approved before we were eligible to purchase. We looked at several homes in the neighborhood where we wanted to live and she helped us find the perfect home for our family. I am very thankful that I met Mary Beth, she is truly a professional who has helped us on two separate occasions. When she learned of the cleanliness issue, Mary Beth reached into her pocket and insisted she pay for most of the cleaning.
