Maryanne & Dwayne took the time to find a home that would work for us. There was never any pressure. From beginning to end, the time they gave us, and the knowledge they possessed, made the entire home buying process a very smooth experience. Once the Moyers found the right neighborhood for us, they showed us several homes until we found the one that was the right fit for our family. Because we were new to the purchase of a new home under construction, we felt unsure of what was expected from us once we signed the contract. But the Moyers knew exactly what advice and direction to give us. From organizing the history of sales and pricing in the neighborhood, to knowing what questions to ask the builder about change orders, construction delivery schedules, initial punch-out, the final walk-through items which needed repair, and hiring an independent roofing company to conduct inspections. The Moyers were with us during this entire process. Additionally, Dwayne & Maryanne gave us background information about several financing options available to us, and Maryanne was already familiar with the loan programs offered by the builders preferred lender. Additionally, she explained why some programs were better for us than others. This was an easy transaction because of their hard work and dedication. The years of experience they have shows. Their honesty and hard work are a rare find, and I feel very blessed to have had the pleasure of working with them to find our home. They always looked out for us, and made sure we were treated right.

This left us with few appealing options. But Maryanne broke the stalemate we were in and successfully argued mistakes she found in the appraisal. She pointed out several subtle, but key inconsistencies which several experts had missed. Within 10 days we had a fair appraisal, and secured a 15 year loan. Loan approval is something we thought was out of our reach. Maryanne is definitely a game changer that you can count on. If its important to you, then its important to her.
