I was born and raised in Marin County and I’ve lived here all my life. I spent 7 years in property management at Western Investment Real Estate Trust (REIT) where I experienced all aspects of real estate, including negotiations, finance, appraisal, communications, construction, accounting, and time management. It was this commercial real estate background that brought me to real estate sales in Marin. In March of 1995 I was looking to get out of the property management field and into the sales end of the business. Although my original intention was to stay in the commercial side, I gradually migrated into residential sales. I have now merged both worlds, with residential and commercial sales as well as leasing in my repertoire. I have spent many hours with clients in transactions where my communication skills as well as my ability to break down complicated situations into manageable parts have come in handy.
