  • Meesun showed me homes

I had a very bad experience with Meesun Kang. (her English name is Debra). I met her at the open house of her listing condo 2250 Monroe St, Santa Clara. She agreed to be my buying agent for this condo. The offer is due on Wednesday 3pm. Then on Tuesday evening, I texted her: "shall we prepare an offer tonight" ? answer: "let's do it tomorrow after a few offers coming in". on Wednesday noon 1:30pm, I called her: "how about write an offer now?" answer: "let's do it at 3:30pm after all offers in, I am going to review offers with seller tonight, we still have time" on Wednesday 3:40pm, I called her: "how much need to write?" answer: "sorry, it's closed". the market is hot, but the trick is too weird. I shouldn't have trusted her. -Sharon
