  • Michael and I connected, but did no business

      Michael Lin was awful to work with. He claimed his clients didn't speak English and told us what price to offer (which was $17,000 below what we prepared to offer- definitely not his clients best interest). We informed him we needed a 45 day escrow and he agreed. When the loan approval took a few days longer than expected- which we kept him informed the entire time- he promptly cancelled escrow. He then relisted the home for sale. We tried to work with him and asked him to give us a few more days and that we are still expecting to close well before the 45 days. He said no. We hired a real estate attorney to try to work with him and he said his clients no longer felt comfortable.
