- Michael and I connected, but did no business
This man called me and mis lead me as to who he was to obtain my permission to enter my "sale pending" home. It turned out that he did not believe the square footage listed on the mls was accurate, and he only wanted to measure. This may not have upset me if he had been honest. I would likely have overlooked the whole thing if he had turned off the lights and locked the front door! I wold not be so incredibly angry if he didn't leave the back door literally wide open! Why not just push the cat right outside? Or put up a sign that says "welcome thieves!" I have never met this man, and I do not recommend him purely due to this negligent and careless behavior.
