She had the patience to show us many homes and was able to answer questions about the properties. When we were not able to find an affordable home in our hometown, she was willing and traveled with us to other cities until we found the right home for us. Due to my husband's job, we were fortunate able to travel around the world and have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. I was in the process of searching for a house to invest in as a rental unit and in doing so I met Michele at an open house. She was very understanding about how serious I was in making this investment and showed me numerous houses in an attempt to meet my strict requirements. She helped me find two different homes on which I made offers. But thanks to her, and some inspectors' help, I was able to back out of both offers after being told of some costly repairs needed to be made on those houses. Michele was very understanding about my concerns and did not make me feel guilty when I withdrew my offers. Michele is fantastic. Without her, I'm not sure we could have bought a home in California.
