Michelle Hicks

First licensed as an agent in 1988, and as a Real Estate Broker in 1999, I LOVE Real Estate. As a 2nd generation Broker, I think real estate is in my blood and I love to make a good deal for my clients. Over the years, I have represented buyer's and seller's from all positions and statuses of life, and in various types of properties from condo's and single family homes to mulit-unit properties and even a church. Buying a home is sometimes a challenge in today's market of multiple offers, cash buyers, and limited inventory. Closing the deal, sometimes takes a bit of creativity to find the right fit for the client. Whether it's the right property, financing, or solving the problems between the buyer and seller. You need someone who can put the pieces of the puzzle together to complete the picture of what You have in mind. My job is to assist you in accomplishing that goal. If you looking for an experienced agent, with creative ideas, call me. I can be reached at 310-419-0728
