After coming across an online listing early morning, I searched the property address on YouTube and, half-asleep, discovered a high-production-value video of Michelle showcasing it. Perking up, I left her an enthusiastic but groggy voicemail. Surprisingly, Michelle returned my call the same morning, listened to our situation, and provided a detailed history of the property. From there, she arranged our virtual walkthrough with Austin.Austin patiently gave us a thorough walkthrough and overview of the home-buying process. We put in an offer, went under contract, and, with his tactful assistance throughout, closed on the property remotely.The Patterson Team made everything simple, as if ushering us through what could feel like a maze. a month agoThis was the second transaction Michelle and her team have handled for my husband and I. Both were seamless and stress free. (My previous purchase before Michelle was incredibly and unnecessarily stressful)! Home sale and purchase transactions can be full of quirks and curveballs which can add lots of questions and what ifs but Michelle just moved things right along, guided us when we needed it, and communicated with us the whole way with transparency and professionalism. I highly recommend Michelle and her team!!
