Mike Downie was a property manager of a rental property that I rented. RENTERS AND BUYERS BEWARE. The house was poorly kept up and Downie only tried to fix stuff when it was rent time and rent payment was threatened. After moving in, we found that the house needed cleaning, the AC, stove, fridge, water heater, and house electrical breaker had serious issues. After two years, most of the issues still have not been corrected. Uses the military connection to draw folks but does not keep up property. Hard to get in touch with because he claims to always be out of town. Kept almost half of the security deposit to try to correct things that were identified during the move-in and were his responsibility.
