My career in Real Estate began in 2004 and I started listing Bank-Owned properties (REO) full time in 2005 in the Baltimore/DC Metro area. Mike was great to work with. He helped us sell our home fast and sold for more than our asking price! We will use him again.
Mike assisted in selling a property for me that was in pretty rough shape. There were issues with difficult tenants that had to be evicted and Mike was able to recommend an attorney to start the eviction process and helped manage the entire transaction to get the property sold. I would use him again.
