It has been my pleasure to work with Monica for the last eleven years. She managed our property when we relocated to Louisiana. She was very responsive to our needs as well as the needs of our renters by text or phone calls. If there was a problem, she immediately contacted us and then arranged to have it resolved. She managed the remodel of the inside of the house as well as overseeing the painting of the outside of the house. She did an outstanding job with both projects. She was also our agent when we sold our house. We couldn't have asked for a smoother sale and escrow. I will miss working with her.

I was a long distance seller; I lived in Washington, D.C. and the houses were in Vallejo, California. Monica managed all aspects of the sale from having the walls painted, to hiring the stager, to arranging the outdoor patio. This was all done to ensure that we got the best possible price on each of the two units. Monica conveyed to me through email and telephone everything that was happening in a timely and straightforward manner. Within a few days on each property we had multiple offers and ended up selling them for more than asking (and they were not priced low to get offers, but fairly based on the comps at hand). She then guided me successfully through the actual sales process in California. But, to me the best, was when over a year later I had an issue with the California tax board, Monica again stepped up and obtained the paperwork I needed. I recommend her without hesitation and if I had any other property in the Bay Area I wouldn't even bother asking around - I would simply pick up the phone and call Monica. You won't be disappointed if you do the same.

Truly, I cannot express how much we enjoyed working with Monica! We met Monica about two years ago, when we were originally thinking of buying a home. This year, we felt it was the right time to buy and already knew we would be calling Monica again. When we'd go to open houses and they'd ask if we were working with someone, we'd say yes! Even though we hadn't asked Monica yet (lol) because we just knew we could not work with anyone else. Monica knows her stuff! Touring homes with her was always so fun and we always looked forward to meeting up with her to view homes. She would point out things of the home that my husband and I had missed, or would mentioned things that we hadn't thought about. Tell her what you want in a home, and she will make sure you get exactly that. When the time came to place an offer, she lost no time. She wrote up such a strong and perfect offer. Even the seller's realtor said she had never seen anything like it! Next thing we know, our offer was accepted and we were one step closer to owning our first home!!! Once our offer got selected, it was time to sign documents. She made sure that we understood everything we were signing and truly advocated for us so that we can get the best deal possible. She put SO much time and effort into making sure this process went as smooth as possible. The amount of time she put into us and our home buying journey, was just out of this world. My husband and I live on the other side of the bridge and were planning to buy around that same area. So for her to cross the bridge each time, says it all. She always made time for us and that meant everything to us. It's truly humbling to know that there's a realtor out there that truly cares for you and wants nothing but the best for you. Monica is so professional, thorough, super knowledgeable, and sweet! We cannot refer her enough! My husband and I had SO many questions and she was always just a text, e-mail, or phone call away. We met Monica when we first moved to Benicia about 10 years ago. She helped us find our home to rent. When our landlord needed to sell the house 2 years later, we decided we wanted to do everything we could to buy it because we loved it so much. She was there to help us with as little stress as possible. This was my 3rd home buying experience and it was handled with empathy & care… seriously the most positive experience anyone could have in a real estate transaction. We kept in touch and I knew, if we ever moved, she would be our Realtor once more. When we decided to refinance in 2020, she helped guide us. And then the summer of 2022 rolled around and we took the opportunity to move out of state. She helped ensure we felt taken care of on our terms. Nothing was ever rushed and I never felt like we were forced to make a decision, which is HUGE. In real estate, usually everything is “now, now, now” but she never pressed. Always gave us the information we needed, but let us create a timeline of our own and I really appreciated that about her. The market slowed down and we had 3 other units in our townhome community with the same floor plan that we had to compete with. She was able to work her magic and we didn’t have to wait long, setting a price that was just right. We are so grateful for the genuine care she puts into every transaction, whether it’s a purchase or a sale. It makes me sad that we couldn’t take her with us. The relationship we’ve built over these last 10 years will last a lifetime. If you decide to work with her, it’s a decision you’ll never regret. She’s serious when she says her goal is to have you as her clients for life. She knows the magic in building genuine relationships and we certainly miss her!!

Monica manages another rental for me, and when I reached out for assistance in buying another rental property for investment, she responded immediately with a wide array of potential properties. Within several days, she had a time-sensitive deal and texted me right away. Within a week, I had financials, photos, HOA details, anecdotal information about the development and the unit, and recommendations for negotiating terms with the seller. Monica is no-nonsense when it comes to business, but always with a personal, light and friendly touch. I trust her, believe she knows her market extremely well, and appreciate her patience with my probing questions. Here's the capper -- within 2 weeks of closing escrow, she already had tenants screened, selected, a deposit in hand, and keys ... this is astonishing.

To say Monica is fantastic is an understatement, she is amazing!! Monica brings a wealth of knowledge, great sense for properties and most notably strong interpersonal relationship. She is focus on taking good care of her clients as if we are family. She professionally structured our deal and helped us closed in 20 days. What makes her stand out from the rest is that she does a lot of behind the scene work and doesn’t bother her clients with the minutia.
