I used to think that real estate agents were all the same and didn't provide much value beyond showing you houses. Neema proved me wrong and showed us that a great agent is a true advocate for us throughout the entire home buying process.We would not have gotten this house if it wasn't for Neema. When the house we wanted had 6 other offers on it, Neema developed a good relationship with the selling agent and managed to slide us in under the radar, convince the buyers that we were the best bet, and completely bypass the competitive process. We ended up getting a great deal on a beautiful house that we are absolutely loving.Additionally, throughout the entire process, Neema continued to demonstrate his value by always having the right resources at the right time. For every question we asked (we asked plenty), Neema either had the answers or the connections to the right experts.Case in point, during the home inspection, the inspector noticed a crack in the foundation. While the rest of us were going, "uh oh," Neema immediately had his foundation guy on the phone having a conversation about it. He shared pictures and video with him in real time and they were able to resolve within just a few minutes that it wasn't critical and provided an estimated cost for repair.I could continue on about how invaluable Neema was throughout the entire home buying experience, but the moral of the story is that I would never consider buying or selling another house without Neema.
