- Nelson never responded to my request
I am not sure where to start. From a complete incompetency of Nelson to irresponsibility to negligence, to rudeness. We contacted him to see the place in Laguna Niguel. He agreed and said he would call us to set up the time. He never called us. So I texted him to remind him when is best time for him to show us the place. He said that he would call us in the morning. Again, he never did. So I texted him again around 3:30pm (the day when he said he would call in the morning) and said "Thank you for not calling." The "thank you" was in quotes. His response: "Always a pleasure to help. Can I call you after 4?" - followed by a sarcrastic huge smiling emoji. Really, Nelson? Really? No interest in selling/renting, even being sarcastic about his negligence to keep in touch. He has zero interest in his job, tenants, or buyers. Stay away from him. There are plenty agents out there who actually know how to do their job.
