Norm and his team were fantastic. I was named executor by a friend and found myself with a home to sell! My friend had lived there for decades so needless to say that there was so much to do to get it on the market. Norms associate Maria was there at every turn to guide me to services or solutions to resolve all issues along the way. Once the house went in the market Norm was well versed in navigating the offers and provided great strategy that lead to a sale price well above my expectations! Norm handled the sale of an estate that had been in my family for over 130 years that had four heirs in three different states. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and attention that Norm gave us in coordinating the sale. Through his connections in the market he was able to quickly generate traffic and offers on the property. Upon review of one of the offers we received, he proposed that we add certain clauses to the contract that were in our best interest in facilitating a faster sale. I wouldn't hesitate to use Norm again for my future real estate needs.

It took only one conversation for Norm to understand exactly what I was looking for, and he took great care in selecting options that fit my needs. He never showed me a property I didnt like, and quickly found a fantastic house for me. He was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process and even after closing. I would work with Norm again in a heartbeat, but I wont have to anytime soon, since he found the perfect house for me. I highly recommend him!

Norm is highly professional and extremely pleasant to work with. He listened to our needs and went completely out of his way to meet them. My husband and I had quite an assignment on our hands. At the time we were engaged to be married and looking to sell my husband's old house and purchase a new one in the N Arlington area, all while facilitating my move from NJ. Knowing how complicated the market had become, and having had a bad experience with a previous realtor, my husband decided to interview a few realtors before committing to one. Norm Odeneal was one of them. Almost immediately, he was the choice. His professional and compassionate demeanor put us at ease and we were confident that we made the right decision.
