I worked with Norma over several months to find my 'forever home'. During that time she helped me narrow down location and what features were important to me. She never tried to talk me in to buying any particular property but her candid observations and thoughtful questioning led me to choose wisely. She is a calm and skilled negotiator which meant I still had money in the bank after closing to address some issues she had identified with the home. I had worked with Norma before, in the early 2000's, when she helped me buy and later sell my first home; i was delighted to be able to work with her again in 2022!
