Norman Bramstedt

Norman was our agent (recommend to us by a friend in real estate business himself) while looking to buy. He gave us excellent representation, ALWAYS in immediate contact with us, never letting but a few hours pass (at most!) when we had any questions, concerns, or comments. When things were tough he stepped in before we could even blink (I kid you not!) to get the information needed, or to contact the important persons to get things moving. He gave us great recommendations and advice based on his experience, and if for any reason he didn't have an answer to something right then, he got it quickly. In the time it took for us to find just the right place, Norman had at numerous times taken extra steps to push along what needed to be pushed to get us closed. We just don't believe if anyone else was our agent that they could have or more importantly "would" have done for us what all that Norman did. We HIGHLY recommend Norman to represent you if you want someone who is on top of things, communicates not only in a timely manner but also eloquently with other professionals. He is VERY honest (and we were afraid we wouldn't find a really honest and upfront agent when we were looking for one). Honesty and Communication can either make or break a deal for a client. We highly recommend giving him a call if and interview him yourself. I'm sure he would be as happy as we were.
