When looking for a realtor we wanted someone who was patient and could help us work through the complicated process of purchasing a home, not just a house. We wanted a Buyer's agent and that is what we found in Pam. In her we didn't just find an agent we found a life long friend. Joe is SERIOUSLY the best realtor I've ever worked with. Let me start by saying that my parents were moving to San Diego and needed to find a realtor to work with. It was always going to be a little difficult as my parents would not be in San Diego that frequently to work personally with a realtor. I was put in charge of finding the realtor and working as the liaison between the two. Using Yelp, I found several realtors and emailed them. Joe actually called me back withing minutes and started to set up a few listings based on the criteria my parents were looking for. The criteria my parents originally gave to Joe changed a couple of times over the past few months and we actually ended up looking at houses in North County which was a long ways away from looking at condos in South Bay. We ended up closing on a house after a 21 day escrow and Joe was very influential within the whole process. This whole scenario was extremely stressful and Joe was very important in helping us keep our sanity. Even though they are based in South Bay, Joe's knowledge of all of San Diego was impressive. Joe was extremely professional and very patient. We never felt any pressure from him and his advice was always in our best interests. He was even answering questions that we had on my dad's house sale because the realtor up there did a terrible job of explaining things to my dad. There were a few occasions where Joe drove up to North County for me to see 1 house that just came on the market. I really appreciated how organized he was and how often he communicated with me via phone call, text, and email. I always felt like I knew exactly what was going on. All my questions were answered within hours, usually minutes.I know Joe has lots of clients but it never felt that way to us. The personal level of attention he gave us made us feel like we were his only clients. I would never use anyone besides Joe for our future real estate needs. I really do think that Joe is the best realtor in the entire world, not joking. I can't imagine anyone being better or even being close for that matter.

Matt was great from start to finish! We spent months and months looking for a new house, put in quite a few offers and finally got the one we wanted. Through it all, even when we were stressed about closing on time, Matt was there to calm our nerves and explain things at all hours of the day or night. We couldnt have asked for a more understanding realtor, even when we were being major pains! And here we are, it has been a month since we closed and we are loving every day in our new house! My wife and I strongly recommend working with Matt and Joe. They did an excellent job helping us purchasing our first apartment. While we qualified for a VA loan, the process was intricate and lengthly, to where we could not close within 30 days. Yet Matt and Joe were closely involved with our lender as well as the seller, and obtained the necessary extensions without any penalties. Matt and Joe came across as articulate, friendly, knowledgeable, quick, and pleasant. I also have to mention that our offer was accepted at the price that we wanted to. Look no further if you're selling or buying a home! We found Pam online based on all the great reviews and she is a true professional and the real deal! Pam recently sold our rental property and she got us $35k more than what we were hoping for. My wife and I called and interviewed numerous agents and most of the agents didn't bother or were too lazy to come out to see our property. The very first thing most agents would ask over the phone was, "how much do you think your house is worth?" When we called Pam, the first thing that came out of her mouth was, "when can I see the house?" With Pam we never talked numbers over the phone until after she looked at the property. Nowadays anybody can go on some of the online sites like Zillow or sdlookup to get some ideas how much their house is worth, but we want an "expert" who can come out to look at our property and give us a better estimate/value. After meeting with Pam at our property, we knew she was the best choice for us. Most agents didn't think we could get over $380k for our home without even seeing the property. After Pam did a walkthrough of the property, she advised that we list our home between $399k to $440k. This was the second time I used Pamela Ratcliffe to sell my house. I had such a good experience with her the first time that we decided to use her again.
