Very apathetic and unprofessional. My roommate and I are USAF and Operation Enduring Freedom war veterans and it took Pattye TWO MONTHS to fix the heat in our apartment during the coldest months of winter and during a snow/ice storm in Charlotte in early 2016. Then offering ONLY a $40 discount for our power bill and "inconvenience". Nothing but disrespect and ignorance. Do not work with her unless you want consequences.
