- Perry listed and sold my home
I'm not great with words, however, I was compelled to write out of sheer appreciation for Perry. Perry assisted my daughter and me in selling our family home for the maximum price the market would bear AND bought us a beautiful home for cash and well under market value. I hope you'll take the opportunity to speak to, and ultimately have the good fortune of dealing with Perry. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Perry!
FIVE STAR Yelp! review: Perry is brilliant! We were selling our house and he came up with a plan that exceeded our expectations. We received an offer within 72 hours of signing our paperwork with him as our agent. It was incredible that we received our asking so quickly and so effortlessly. He knew the magic number and it attracted the right buyer. And we didn't settle. Our price was fair. Having Perry as an agent is like going fishing with an expert - the right market offer, the right place, the right time. He knows how and when to present and what the temperature is in the marketplace so we immediately got results. Blew our minds.
- NHFIVE STAR Yelp! review: Perry is the man! He was our listing agent and got us exactly what we wanted. He was diligent, punctual, patient, professional and knowledgeable. I would hire him again in an instant. If you are looking for a true pro who will work his butt off to get you what you want then you have found your agent. Thanks again Perry. Zip Code 94805, Richmond View.

- EPFIVE STAR Yelp! review: Perry did a terrific job with helping me sell my home in Berkeley, Ca. From the time I contacted Perry to the time we closed, everything went smoothly. He is very knowledgeable of the market and pricing; he is also, an empathic and focuses listener. Perry showed the ability to anticipate outcomes and make changes to avoid problems; he provided great advice in preparing my house to be sold. I would highly recommend Perry to help with buying or selling your next home; he is honest, genuine, and above all professional. I had a great experience!

- LLBy the time we finally met Perry, we'd been searching for a home, off and on, over the course of six years. We had worked with several realtors and had finally given up hope, occasionally visiting open houses out of what had become a strictly morbid curiosity. The day we met Perry - at yet another open house that would eventually be bid well beyond our budget - he was kind, relaxed (you will never feel pushed with Perry), and an excellent listener. He asked us questions that made clear his understanding of both the area of N. Oakland we were looking in, and of us and our hopes as potential buyers. Leaving that day we commented to one another what a good person Perry seemed to be, but we didn't take his card because we truly didn't believe we'd ever own a home in the Bay Area. We still had our own realtor at the time as well.A few months passed and we decided to try one more time, but this time with Perry. We found Perry and set up a meeting. That decision eventually landed us in a home that we could afford and in a neighborhood we had given up on. As nervous and flighty buyers, we appreciated Perry's unflappable calmness, his authenticity, and his patience. For each outlandish and fear-soaked question he had an honest and thoughtful answer, no matter the time of day or night. I don't think we ever waited more than 20 minutes for a call or email response. Perry was also immensely knowledgeable re. mortgage companies, paperwork, processes - everything that we hadn't a clue about. In short, Perry came through pretty much flawlessly for this complicated, tightly budgeted, and nervous pair of first-time home buyers.
