Pete Brannigan

Pete Brannigan is a fourth generation San Franciscan, born and raised in the same Noe Valley property that his father and grandfather called home before him. Growing up, he graduated from Saint Paul's Grammar, Saint Ignatius High, City College of San Francisco and S.F. State University. Pete has an appreciation of the unique and often quirky nuances of the city’s many neighborhoods as well as for their architectural and historical significance. Since buying his first property in 1971, he’s had first-hand experience with most property ownership issues. As a professional agent, Pete has had a great deal of experience with every type of property: single family homes, condos, multi-unit apartment buildings and luxury residences. Pete’s been a licensed real estate agent since 1990, joining forces in 2007 with Brown & Company, a local brokerage ranked in the Top Ten selling companies in the city in 2010.
