He was useless. I'm pretty sure he has only worked with his family members who are forced to do business with him. He is awful and lacks any professionalism. If you want a wanna be frat guy who still thinks he's in college and to talk your ear off about how he used to play football...then get ready to waste your money and time.

It won't take long for you to see that this is not the person you want to hire. I don't know if there is enough space for me to type out all the problems or uselessness for this "professional". Late, sloppy, doesn't know the area, doesn't know about the house, doesn't tell you the truth, doesn't disclose everything he knows about the property, all the bad things you hear about a real estate agent....this is basically it. But hey, at least he played high school football...he'll def tell you about that...because that's what really matters when you want to sell a house. You've been warned! Don't hire him!

I only gave one star because I HAD too, otherwise, it would have been a negative star...JUST don't waste your time with this guy. Unless you don't plan on selling your home or getting screwed out of actually making any money while being stressed for how incompetent he is.
