    • From first time Buyers Jen & Mike: " Mike & I didn't know anything about the process and you made everything so easy to understand. We didn't think we would able to get all the things we were looking for in our price range and you found it"

    • Hey Peter, Hooray! Friends told me that a short-sale could be difficult to do but that it was probably the best way to save me from bankruptcy. And indeed it was both of those things and more. As you will recall my telling you, I had lost my retirement savings in a failed investment and could not maintain the cost of my condo. With the short-sale I was able to avoid paying property taxes, mortgage payments and monthly dues while the condo was under sale. At first it looked like the sale would happen soon. But after all the humongous paperwork, the first buyer bailed out. So you had to start all over. You found a new buyer and sludged through all the paperwork again, never giving up. In the end you got it sold and it didnt cost me a penny. I was told that a short-sale could possibly take months because of all its requirements, and indeed it did. But indeed it also saved me from bankruptcy. Im now settled in a nice apartment I can afford, many thanks to you.Ken Gale
