Peyton Irby

I would NOT recommend peyton Irby at all. Got our first house with him.. Peyton told us at closing if we needed anything to contact him “that our relationship did not end at closing.” Well... he also did not get the keys for us from the sellers: called us gave us their number and told us to work it out. Upon arrival to the new house: the sellers dog did extensive damage to the property inside and out. Called peyton bc the sellers also did NOT do one thing they agreed upon at closing. Peyton response was his job was done. This is someone my family had used, not sure if it’s bc im younger or my first home. But he was not a good agent did not make sure sellers fixed things. Did not help us get the keys to the new house. Did not help us contact sellers once our house was wrecked by their dog after closing. As in our slab home now has chew and slashes in 3 sides of the home. The upstairs bathroom was full of animal poop. The home owners took all the locks on the house and did not leave us a working key. They sellers also came back twice with friends and walked into the house after we had moved in. Do not use him!! Not professional at all.
