Buying a home can be a most stressful and painful process for even an experienced buyer, let alone an inexperienced one. My wife and I had no intentions on buying a house, at least not yet. We had found a home to rent that we had fallen in love with. It was big and beautiful and sheltered our rather large family. Then we found out that the owner would not be extending the lease, they were going to sell it. This would be the second time in less than two years a home we were renting was sold from under us. Phil has a way that makes the stress of buying and selling a home effortless.
