- Piedad helped me buy a home
our experience with Piedad was great, unfortunately the home inspector she chose for us, missed a couple of thing we had to pay for two months after moving in. One of the main items the home inspector did not look for was the sewer pump, it was hidden behind a false wall in the basement bathroom, we spent money to fix the leak, dry wall and the sewage pump. The second was the sump pump had to be replaced ventilated properly with a new Plexiglas over the pump.
