Warning: Experience with Pilar is from fifteen years ago. Pilar helped my family purchase our first home. I hope that throughout the years Pilar has been able better assist home buyers and give them better service than the service my family received. In 2005, my family used Pilar's services. As first time home buyers in the US we trusted Pilar. Unfortunately, she was part of the problem. She did not inform my parents (native Spanish speakers) of the risks they were getting into. They purchased a home that was well above what they were able to afford. It pains me to think that had they been informed by Pilar and had been advised of the risks they would have been better equipped to make a decision--which would have been to not purchase a home. As a realtor, she should of had our best interest, something she did not have. She, along with the lender were only interested in their pockets. I hope that the serviced rendered to her clients are better and that she now has their best interest.
