Rachel Hunt

I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and went to the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. I received my degree in Mechanical Engineering and moved to Kansas City in 1993 for my first job with Black & Veatch. My husband, Chris, grew up Nebraska too. In 2006, I started my career in Real Estate. First, I became an investor, where I bought homes to renovate and then rent or sell. With a background in engineering, I used my analytical skills to compile market research. Now I use those research skills to help my clients negotiate a better price. I am extremely hard working and give great attention to detail. As a real estate investor, I gained experience with renovation and staging. I use that experience to help Sellers prepare their homes for sale. In addition, I can help Buyers see the hidden potential in homes. I believe that buying and selling homes is both a science and an art. I love what I do because I get to use my analytical skills while helping others.
