I currently own multiple properties and am in the process of finalizing another purchase with Rafi representing me as the buyer. I can't emphasize enough how invaluable his guidance has been. I cant say enough about the unmatched and personal level of service Rafi offered me and my husband as our Realtor. As first time homebuyers we were completely new to the process and Rafi held our hand every step of the way. He really did his homework to understand what type of neighborhood and home we were looking for so that he could send us properties that met our criteria. He was flexible and always willing to work with our schedules when it came time to schedule viewings and he was upfront and honest with regards to the pricing and value of homes. We leaned on his expertise and knowledge of the market heavily in this area throughout the process and trusted him as a partner in helping us make the best decision for our growing family. When I became overwhelmed by the inspection process, he was the first to help calm my nerves, let me know my feelings are normal, and help sort through my concerns. He is well respected by other industry leaders and his connections were so valuable. After the purchase of our home he was able to recommend contacts to help remodel our kitchen, paint, and have all of the electrical and plumbing needs taken care of before we moved in ensuring the easiest transition possible for our family (including our young son). Rafi went above and beyond for our family and his genuine nature made him a pleasure to work with.
