Rockstar! I was highly impressed with Rames involvement throughout the whole process. He was there with us every step of the way. The house we bought had 6 other offers and Rame was able to get our offer accepted through his superb negotiation skills. Another thing that impressed me was his honesty. When viewing homes he would point out concerns and issues we may not have noticed without him. Many realtors just want you to buy a house so they can get their cut but he genuinely cared about us. Buying a home can be stressful but he made the process much easier. Rame was there for us anytime we had questions or concerns. A total pleasure to work with. Rame is simply wonderful. He is very professional, personable, has a great attitude and honest. During the whole transaction, he made us feel at ease although at times we were stressed. We called this guy late at night and he always answered the phone. At the time, he was helping my husband and I found a house, he was ready to get married, but he took the time to focus on us and for this, we are very grateful. We have worked with many agents in the past, Rame Shamioon has been one of our best experiences we've had. If there was an option for more than five stars we'd give it. He was the first agent to respond to an inquiry we sent on Zillow. Initially we were out of state, and he had to work remotely with us. In our absence he video linked us to show us around the first property. We had a short window of opportunity to see properties in person with Rame. He did not pressure sale us! We were on a limited budget and he never tried to push properties outside of our budget on us. He always asked us what we thought, how we felt, and really cared about what we wanted. We didn't know what we wanted, or where we wanted it, and he entertained all our "out there" requests with patience and a friendly smile. Rame was very knowledgable about the pros and cons of the different areas. He responded and communicated promptly. He was willing to travel at a moments notice to show us around. Through Rame we found a home very suitable for us, and in our price range. Rame personally, and unsolicited, organized a handyman after closing to attend to a few matters around the home so that we could just move in when we arrived. He told us about some great restaurants, helped link us up with an excellent insurance provider, and he had tons of other helpful information to help with the transition to San Diego. I cannot day enough wonderful things about Rame. He was tremendously patient with us as we searched for over two years for the one and walked us through the process as first time home buyers in a tough San Diego market.
