From 1994 through 2009, I was a top producing Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer for a mid-size commercial bank, originating loans on a nationwide basis for income producing properties, including new construction, re-positioning and rehab, and permanent financing for both acquisition and refinance with loan sizes ranging from $500,000 to $30 Million. As a result of the changes and challenges in the real estate finance industry, I found myself in a position to reconsider my career path.
