Rob and Kris were crucial for helping my wife and I purchase our first home. After becoming a little overwhelmed with the home buying process, some friends recommended them. Rob was quick to get involved and begin sending homes in our selected location and price range. We went on a couple weekend trips and they were always available for questions and concerns. After looking for a couple of weeks, we found a house that was put on the market that day. Rob and I went and toured the house right away. It was a nice, remodeled, 3/2, 8 blocks from the beach. It was perfect! A little more than what we wanted to pay, but after my wife saw it, we had to have it. Rob knew it was going to be a quick sell. "Rob showed my wife and I some houses a few years ago (2007) but we didn't buy anything due to job change and moving. When we got back in 2010 and started looking he was the only person we called. We looked at 100's of houses, probably looked at 30 plus and got frustrated. Rob told us that he sold HOMES not houses and he would find us that home. He was on the phone with the builders regarding and agreement they made with me and with the lenders regarding final documents we were still waiting on, and even though time was getting late, he would not let the title company close the office until I signed the last piece of document and had my keys.
