Entered the Real Estate Industry in 1975. The first five years I worked mainly with clients relocating in and out of Santa Clara Valley. In 1979, I received my Brokers License and for the past 29+ years have been working with sellers and buyers. Having worked in fast and slow-moving markets, I have developed technciques that are effective in any kind of market. I continue to take classes and keep myself informed on all aspects of the Real Estate Industry, financing, and factors affecting the v alley economy.
