If I could rate Robyn Burdett zero stars I would! DO NOT BUY any home where she is the listing agent! She uses fly-by-night general contractors that provide low-quality work. We bought a house that she listed. Her cheap contractors did a remodel of bathrooms, floors, and the kitchen before listing. So, the very first night we are there after purchasing our home, we shower in the master bedroom. Immediately, there is water pouring all over the bathroom floor. Well, come to find out, the sliding shower door was installed BACKWARDS! What reputable contractor installs a shower door backwards?! And what kind of realtor works with contactors like this? So, second night we shower in the second shower upstairs. I come downstairs to find the ceiling water-logged. Yup, ANOTHER LEAK! Apparently this time the pipes were not connected properly under the tub. SAME CONTRACTOR! We are speechless! Oh and have I mentioned that the new vanities they installed on two of the three upstairs bathrooms have outlets that are not actually connected to power?! Let’s move onto the kitchen. This is where the other fly-by-night contractor comes into play. The cabinets were re-faced only to start cracking and splitting within a few months of moving in. When we contacted Robyn about the cabinets, she assured us that she works with reputable, insured and bonded contractors that guarantee and warranty their work. Ok great so far. She put us in touch with the contractor who came by the house and looked at the cabinets. He assured us that this is not representative of their work and reputation and that they would return to fix the cabinets. You guess it, the contractor did not follow-up nor did he return my calls or texts. So we reach out to Robyn who tells us that “the seller nor I have any responsibility”. Yes, you read that right. After Robyn assured us that the cabinet work was warrantied, as did the contractor, she immediately did a 180. She then tells us that “I never said they had a warranty”, which is exactly the opposite of what she previously told us. Robyn and the contractor have now stopped responding to calls, emails, and texts. Robyn is unethical and works with unethical low-quality contractors. My advice is to steer clear! I will happily provide screenshots of Robyn’s emails and texts to anyone who is interested.

When you are buying a home, who you work with really matters and we are so happy that we worked with Robyn! We ended up closing on a home that we can truly say is our dream home, all thanks to Robyns help. When you work with Robyn, you also get access to an amazing team. From lenders to closing agents and home inspectors, everyone we encountered through Robyn was extremely professional and helpful. We simply couldnt be happier with our experience and cannot recommend Robyn highly enough!
