Rodger approached us by mail stating that he had a buyer interested in buying a house in the neighborhood. Despite some skepticism, reached out to him, and agreed to give him the listing. We agreed a price at the high end of our expectations, and Rodger was able to get it for us, and as it turns out the buyer he originally wrote to us about was the one who purchased our property. Rodger did a great job of working with us to prepare the house, and made this difficult task much easier. Through what turned out to be a rather protracted and complex escrow process; Rodger was always there to keep it on track, advise us on the right steps to take, and corral the players involved to make it happen, and it successfully closed.
