  • Rola and I connected, but did no business

Any one that's interested in working with this agent, I ask you to please think twice, three times, four times... .and even 10 times..... My agent and I worked with this lady to put an offer on one of the listings she was working on. On next day, we were told that there was another offer with 10k above what we had offer. After careful consideration, we have decided to match the other buyer's offer (which was above 15k listing price), and then removed number of contingencies to make the offer more attractive. At then and there, we made verbal agreement to get things rolling and work our way to ratify the contract. By next morning, we still haven't heard anything regards to fully ratifying contract. Only by 12pm of that day, we heard from Rola that she decided to go with the other offer that offered more money than we did. What she did may NOT be illegal from law standpoint, but I just can't believe this stuff goes on unnoticed and people like her can still call themselves real estate agent who constantly compromises integrity and ethics to operation on real estate business.
