Royal Kirkland

Royal D. Kirkland is a realtor and broker who represents the buyer who was going to purchase my home. He has misled us throughout the whole process and never once shared with us that his clients might not be able to purchase our home. He knew weeks before the close of escrow that the buyers did not qualify for a program that would assist with their down payment and that they may not have the funds to close on the loan. The buyer's loan changed and he never once disclosed that information to us. Nor did he share that they would not have the funds for the down payment. He dragged us all the way until the very last minute stating that the buyers were really motivated and are excited to move in. He has violated the code of ethics that all real estate agents must abide by. His seller even conducted a final walk through of our home. He has also not follow through with our agent's request for documentations and does not respond to our agent when he stated he would. Not only has he misled us, he has misled the loan company, the title company, and even his own clients (yes, we spoke with them). The day after we were supposed to close escrow was when he informed us that his buyer would not be able to follow through with the transaction. It has been a week since he informed our agent that he will email him the cancellation documents, and we have yet to receive them. I want all buyers and sellers to beware of this unethical man and his shady business practices. Please DO NOT conduct business with this man or his company. Not only will you lose time, but money if you chose to do business with him. If I could put negative 0 stars, I would.

Unfortunately a 1 star is the lowest I could give. Royal requested my company to do business with him. contract delivery of of a unit he purchased out of Oregon. we delivered the unit to his front door and requested payment. when the job was complete. he said he would send a check out that week. this was in July of 2020. as of October 2021 Royal Kirkland has yet to settle his debt with out company. strongly recommend you do not do business with this man.

Royal Kirkland enlisted the help of my company to deliver a unit to his address in Pinole CA. after the unit was delivered and invoiced he made a payment of half the initial invoiced amount and asked to have the other payment made the following month. we trusted royal to follow through and he did not. this was in July of 2020. after repeated phone calls and text messages that were ignored he finally reached out in July of 2021 a year later to settle his debt. after a brief conversation on payment he never sent the balance owed and has since ignored all contact via email, text, phone calls. it is now October 2021 and he has now returned to sender a certified letter from usps to my company rejecting it. He is not an honest businessman. he does not settle outstanding debt, he does not keep in contact or communicate. he has blamed this on his real-estate business not doing well, as well as medical reasons, and also blamed it on his family. We have started proceedings and will not let this go until he has settled his debt that he had accrued.
