Sarah Schoeneman

A native of Piedmont, California, I attended college in Chico and spent the first seven years following graduation working in marketing with a specialty in aging demographics. But, having grown up as the daughter of a real estate developer, this business is in my blood; you could say that I was raised on "brick and mortar." In 1995, I began my career as a Real Estate Agent with Elmwood Realty & Investments in Berkeley — mastering the art of both residential and investment sales — in the highly regulated Bay Area communities. I haven't looked back since. My talents were recognized when, in 2005, I was offered the opportunity to become the owner of Elmwood Realty.
