Very helpful with our whole house buying. I was a very special case and a lot was going on but Scott has been patient and helpful every step of the way!

There arent enough good things that can be said about Scotts service. Hes extremely knowledgeable and personable. As a first time home buyer, he advised me and kept me updated throughout the entire process. He treated me like more than just a client he was trying to sell a home to, he treated me like a friend. We had a home in a gated country club neighborhood and listed it during a most difficult time when the country club closed its doors in foreclosure. We chose Scott because of his knowledge of the neighborhood and his excellent marketing plan. At his suggestion, we also opted to stage our home, because we had already moved out. Much to our delight and relief, we were under contract in 18 days! Scott was so helpful in explaining all about the country club situation to potential buyers, many of whom had mis-information. And the staging proved to be invaluable in helping to visualize how our home could be furnished. There were several nervous moments during the process of getting to closing, and Scott patiently listened and helped us navigate the delays. We would definitely recommend Scott!
