Sean Proctor

Sean Proctor's passion for real estate began when he was a child. He and his mother found themselves moving often, giving him exposure to a variety of homes and creating a fascination with the entire process at an early age. Now, Sean finds himself living out those memories every day as a real estate broker. With a bachelor's degree from Chapman University, 18 years of real estate experience, and a background in appraisals, Sean provides his clients with a unique and expert perspective on the market. Sean's real estate practice began when he and a friend opened an appraisal office in Orange County. From 2003 to 2005, he provided real estate appraisals throughout all five counties in Southern California.
