We have an interesting story.. We were operating with two different realtors at the same time. One to sell our home in south Orange County, and Seth Chalnick to help us find a home in north San Diego county. This would normally be a pretty typical situation except for fact that the home we sold and the home we bought (so would have a place to live) had to close within 24 hours of each other including county to county money transfers. It was a complete logistical nightmare for everyone involved, but Seth, was not only the most professional person we've ever dealt with, he was as cool as a cucumber throughout the entire process, consulting us through many difficult issues over a very short time period without skipping a beat and never once dropping the ball.
