Horrible, Seemed to have been working for the buyers agent.. or with.. was rude, expected us to know everything about real estate, argumentative and negative. Manipulating and wouldnt take suggestions or anything we had to say. Provided false information and was extremely unreachable. He would rather be doing nothing and collecting his percent. We did all the work and could have done a better job at selling our own house, We found out that we were on our own and really didnt need him there other than listing and collecting our money. Unfortunatley in order to go to the next screen on this survey I have to give one star, otherwise he wouldnt even have that.. Terrible..

terrible, the most stressful time and he treated us like victims. no support, unavailable and guilted us during the negociation process. All he really did was list the house and show up at closing.. he didnt show it or try too, would rather go out to bars and bbq's knowing he was going to get my money off the sale. Guilted us for asking questions, guilted us for expecting him to work for his money. and argued with us when we asked questions. Worst decision and worst realtor Ive ever been in contact with. We practically sold the house ourselves and it would have been less stressful The buyers we now know, also experienced the same responses from their buying agent.
