I was referred to Shannon by a trusted friend and I so glad I gave her a call. I had worked with two realtors prior to Ms.Shannon and neither ended with me purchasing a home. Shannon assured me that wed find me a home I loved and she was so right! This was my first time purchasing a home and I couldnt be any happier with the process. Shannon made sure I knew all the steps in the process and walked me through everything that was going to happen leading to closing. Shes one heck of a negotiator too! The team she works with is amazing at what they do and they run like an well oiled machine. I honesty couldnt have been any happier with my experience working with Shannon.

Shannon was great!! She was very professional and had in-depth knowledge of the real estate business. She guided us in buying our first home (new construction) and having her by our side greatly reduced stress and anxiety. There arent enough adjectives to describe the positive experience my wife and I had dealing with Shannon. Our home search started in May; our first agent was only interested in making an easy commission instead being an advocate for us. My daughter gave us more information on properties we were interested in than this real-estate agent and my daughter is in accounting. Needless to say, we moved on and luckily for us we found Shannon. We called Shannon after checking online reviews, she answered immediately said all the right things, so we decided to use her. From that point on the process was smooth at least as far as we knew (there were some behind the scenes issues that Shannon took care of), she worked hand in hand with our out of town lender to make this process as easy and stress free as possible. She never even told us most of the times should would do that- our neighbors would text us to say Shannon is so amazing- yall are so lucky, she was checking up on your new build, asking the workers questions, and even asked us if we had any advice what to look out for during your final walk through. Shannon is the pinnacle of what everyone in her profession should strive to be. On top of her professionalism, she is extremely intelligent, funny and nice (and this is very important if lawyers at closing keep you together in a room for hours and hours!). She was in our corner, negotiating a great deal for us from the start, ensuring we knew what to expect, what was normal, what was not (she if anything seemed fishy from the builder she was ON IT so fast to get corrected). She dealt with the construction company when they were driving my husband and I insane and always handled herself withe extreme professionalism and poise. If only everyone on this field was 1/1000 as proactive and polished as Shannon the world would be a happier place. I will forever use Shannon and Keller Williams bc of Shannon.
