This summer, I started my search to purchase a home in Waxhaw and I feel so fortunate to have found Sheri Quinn with Bliss Realty to help me find the perfect home. I was not needing to move quickly so she patiently showed me the dozens of houses that I asked to see. She could have said, come back when it is closer to when you are ready to buy but she didnt! After looking at several houses, Sheri really understood what I was looking for and that was so helpful! I have been in this situation before where a realtor shows you houses that just dont fit and they dont seem like they are listening, which wastes everybodys time. Sheri really takes the time to make you feel like your house search is her top priority. She is very responsive and very quickly answers calls or texts. When we found something that looked like it would work, she very quickly arranged to show me each house. Sheri wrote several offers for me, explaining what we needed to do and how the process worked every step of the way. This is a very competitive housing market, which really was a surprise to me but Sheri was a great resource to help me navigate the process. Finally, once the last offer was successful (Yay!!), Sheri was a wealth of knowledge throughout the closing process. She provided me with many options and references that were all very excellent and the whole closing process went off without a glitch.

We accidentally met Sheri during our house hunt last year (2015) and decided to sign up with her. She made the whole process of buying our house very smooth. She even went to the extent of finding us a temporary place to stay for 6 month while our house was being built and best of it all when that temporary landlord didn't want to release our deposit for us she got us the right attorney who saw to it that we got our money back.She has a good understanding of the Charlotte real estate market is ready to assist when needed. Sheri is a buyers and sellers dream!!! Sheri helped us sell our house and purchase our new Home. Before our house went on the market we had an offer and the house was under contract in less than 7 days at full asking price!!!
