Stacey Anistacia Miller

    • Stacey is an incredibly awesome realtor. She helped us find a home in Carmel Valley through what was an incredibly competitive buying environment and helped us through an incredibly complicated and stressful loan process with our lender.First and foremost, she is a realtor because she enjoys it. She genuinely enjoys helping other people find a good home and has her client's best interests at heart. There were a couple times where if I had a different realtor, they could have easily persuaded me to buy a house we were considering but she never pressured me at all and wanted to make sure it was the home that I really wanted.Secondly, Stacey is incredibly good at going through her extensive network and finding out information on the homes available in the market, the seller's current motivations, competing offers, etc. Her information network is pretty astounding and it definitely helped us in putting in competitive offers on properties that we wanted.Third, Stacey works tirelessly to get you into your new home. She will call, text, email, or do whatever it takes to make sure people know that you, as her client, are being taken care of and that the process is advancing quickly and smoothly. The amount of energy and dedication she invests in her clients is tremendous and she will fight for you like any hardcore lawyer does in a courtroom.Fourth, Stacey is fun to be around with and has a young spirit. Buying a home can be really stressful and she helped assure us and guide us through the entire process, acting as a cheerleader and supporter in addition to all the other duties required of her as a realtor.Lastly, I do want to point out that she works fast, so texts and emails from her sometimes have mispellings. Being a very organized person, I initially was a bit worried by this but it is extremely minor (and pretty much irrelevant) in hindsight. You want someone who:1) Knows the area really well2) Has lots of relationships and connections and knows the pulse of said area3) Will fight for you and work efficiently, quickly, and smartly4) Is someone trustworthy, reliable, and moralStacey is all of those and I was incredibly lucky to find her. I definitely recommend her. She is a pleasure to work with
