- Stephen listed, but didn't sell, my home
Steve had no intention of timely responding to any proposals, engaging in good faith negotiations or moving forward with consummating a real estate transaction period. No idea how this guy ever got a real estate license but steer clear of Steve and his builder Bickimer in Overland Park area.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had when it comes to real estate. Steve Ashner is a con artist who only cares about himself and has no regards to others. He will screw you over any chance he gets if it means lining his pockets with a few extra bucks. I hope no one has to work with him ever again.
