After a 25 year career as a finance executive in the healthcare industry, I decided to switch gears and join the real estate world as a Realtor. I immediately went after the investor market because I felt that it was an underserved area of real estate and my finance background helped me connect with investor metrics and goals. I specialize in both long term rental properties throughout all of Middle TN (with a special niche in the multi-family world) and short term rentals in the Nashville market. My residential and commercial business has since come around and this year I'm already one of the top 20 realtors in the city of Nashville less than 2 years in the industry. I also have a few rental properties in my portfolio.
